New versions

Update some packages:

• LHDAPDF 6.2.3 (bb7ae79b)
  • new MPI support with --enable-mpi (doesn't work in my test)
  • maybe python (3) works now
  • new PDF sets? (use symlink or same dir)
• rivet 3.0.X
  • download FastJet Contrib (https://fastjet.hepforge.org/contrib/) separately (simple make fragile-shared-install without --prefix)
  • set INSTALL_FJCONTRIB=0
• Sherpa 2.2.8 (584f7d6b)
  • add Recola (see #3 (closed))
  • maybe add HepMC3
  • --enable-pythia
